All online credit card payments are processed by Class Above cars Ltd.
Fares quoted do not include VAT, payment by a credit card will levy a £5.00 charge per transaction. You will also receive confirmation of the transaction to the email address you have provided. All payments are charged after the completion of the service. Any variations to the original journey specifications agreed at the time of booking with us, which entail a longer journey or extra mileage will incur the appropriate additional charges. Our fares quoted at the time of booking will not include waiting time charges and additional car park charges where applicable. If the client does not show at the designated time at designated pick up point as agreed by both parties, a charge will still be applied for the booking. All cancellations will incur a ­10% cancellation fee. It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, fares listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedure.

PRIVACY POLICY
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.

REFUND POLICY / CANCELLATION POLICY
The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% charge for administration costs.

Any complaints regarding the standard and quality of the product or products bought by consumers through the e-commerce facility should be directed to the Marketing Manager, 3 Baring Road Beaconsfield HP9 2NB, E-mail – classabovecars@aol.com.
We reserve the right to charge the contract rate for the journey, unless the cancellation has been received at least 2 hours before the scheduled pick up time or prior to the dispatch of the vehicle.
All reservations must be cancelled via the Class Above Cars Call Centre. Cancellation charges may Apply as stated in above

PRICING LIST
Payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice. Class Above Cars reserves the right to charge interest on overdue invoices at the base rate of interest plus 5%. It is always possible that, despite our best efforts, fares listed on our site may be incorrectly priced.
